TOPPINGS: KIKURAGE
Rich in dietary fiber, high in iron, Free radical busting vitamin B-2 is in Kikurage. It is often used in Tonkotsu ramen and super simple to prepare.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried kikurage
1 cup water
Soak kikurage overnight in water
Drain and rinse
Before using it as a topping, immerse them in boiling water to heat it up real quick.
